AmTrust Online Mobile App
Project + My Role: AFSI’s AmTrust Online walkthrough showcases a step-by-step process for making a payment on a policy, making changes to a user profile, and other actionable steps. My role was to design assets for workflow and step processes for AO, including onboarding and payments to mirror the EasyPay web app.
Pain Points: Collaboration with other designers and front-end developers found that AO’s existing app was outdated and in need of a fresh streamlined approach. Beta users also found it clunky and slow.
Solutions: The main goal was to provide a better user experience with a cleaner interface. By updating the UI and cleaning up payment process clicks, AO’s mobile app now features a smooth, workable flow for users. I also pitched an updated application icon and favicon.
