Organizational Change Management

SUMMARY:

As a lead senior designer, my challenge was to create a unique logo mark for an internal team. Design inspiration centered around themes of communication, fluidity, and the exploration of gradients. The final result is a modern, dynamic mark that conveys continuous movement and connection. Green and blue tones were intentionally chosen to symbolize sustainability, growth, and trust—core values that align with the mission and vision of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team.

CLIENT:

Organizational Change Management and Communications for IT and Operations at AmTrust Financial is a dedicated team focused on leading change initiatives, solving complex challenges, and promoting a people-centered approach to support successful transformation across the organization.
